• Review tax provisions (ASC 740), including deferred tax calculations and financial reporting.
• Reconcile book-to-tax differences and calculate current and deferred federal, state, and local tax provisions for multi-entity filings.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors for planning opportunities and IRS matters.
• Conduct research on evolving tax laws and regulations to assess their impact on the company.
• Assist in tax-related projects, including acquisitions, audits, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA, Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• 4+ years of tax experience in accounting for income taxes or corporate tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of federal and multi-state income taxation, and ASC 740
  .
• Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., One Source, Corptax, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
