To support the growth of our company, we are building a lean, automation and AI first finance and accounting team. We are looking for experienced, thoughtful, and humble problem solvers, who have worked in start-up companies before, are ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and spend every day wondering about and experimenting with ways to evolve themselves and our function further.

• Own the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close calendar, and drive timely resolution of close issues to achieve accurate reporting
• Oversee global consolidation, intercompany accounting, eliminations, foreign-currency translation, and transfer-pricing accounting to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across subsidiaries.
• Prepare the Company’s financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) monthly, quarterly, and annually at the consolidated and subsidiary levels
• Lead statutory financial reporting and coordinate local regulatory, tax-accounting, and filing requirements across jurisdictions in partnership with external advisers
• Establish and oversee a robust balance-sheet reconciliation process, including aging reviews, substantiation standards, risk-based escalation, and timely clearance of reconciling items.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of financial statements
• Prepare and update technical accounting memos on complex transactions, including revenue, financing, inventory, and equity compensation etc.
• Partner with leadership for ERP enhancements and finance-system integrations, including user- acceptance testing, data migration validation, and post-implementation controls.

• Qualified CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree in Accounting with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expert problem solver with strong financial acumen, an analytical thinker and decision-maker
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively and efficiently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments at a multinational company is a plus
