Overview

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to provide administrative support for a large Federal agency initiative. Compensation
  • Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for a large Federal agency initiative.
  • Contribute to records management by organizing, maintaining, and retrieving information efficiently.
  • Work with electronic records systems and adapt quickly to new software or processes, with a proactive approach to learning digital tools.
  • Deliver training materials or instruction to colleagues or clients as needed.
  • Document procedures and communicate effectively with team members and end-users.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts; be adaptable and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role with a focus on client satisfaction and support.
  • Background in records or data management, including organizing, maintaining, and retrieving information.
  • Proficiency with current versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with electronic recordkeeping systems or document management platforms.
  • Prior experience in training roles, including designing, writing, and facilitating training modules or instructional materials.
Ideally, you will also have
