Position: Franchise Administration Specialist – Renewals & Transfers

The Franchise Administration Specialist monitors the new franchise agreement and renewal process to enable all aspects to be completed in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner. The role also maintains the franchise database, prepares and tracks franchise documentation for international transactions.

Essential Functions
  • Franchise Document Preparation:
    Prepares and issues new franchise agreements and Exhibit C Forms.
  • Prepares and issues renewal documents.
  • Prepares and issues addendums (document changes / negotiated terms) to contracts.
  • Renewal Processing:
    Reviews current contracts, initiates renewal process with Franchisee and/or Sales team, completes initial application data entry into the database, gathers necessary documentation, monitors renewal processes to provide updates.
  • Franchise Agreement Signing Processing:
    Monitors and tracks outstanding agreements, reviews signed documents for completeness and accuracy, interfaces with International team, updates database, documents authorization, scans/upload signed documents, prepares cover letters, returns contract execution documents.
  • Serves as point of contact for inquiries (franchisee, Sales, Operations, etc.).
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Work Experience
  • 2+ years in a related environment (contract preparation, franchise, or legal).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in franchise/contract administration preferred.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, customer‑focused position.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using CRM database software.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Understanding of legal and entity formation documents.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships and foster mutual respect.
  • Ability to handle confidentiality with tact and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
