Job Responsibilities- Provides various office and location support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.
- Provides administrative support to assigned teams
- Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.
- Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries.
- Arranges business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, track expenses, arranges team events and town halls.
- Prior experience supporting C‑Suite level.
Requires knowledge of processes, methods and standards essential to complete administrative or client/customer service, including those that may require technical training or other certification (such as technical support, administrative assistant, etc.). May require vocational training, specific product or “know your client” training and/or other educational experience. No formal supervisory responsibility, though may provide mentoring, coaching and scheduling for less experienced employees.
