The Sponsored Programs, Research, and Undergraduate Student Training (SPRUST) Office Student Assistant will provide the office with administrative and program support. This role will provide administrative support through tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized files. The student will help coordinate events, workshops, and meetings by preparing materials, creating flyers, and supporting outreach efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other tracking systems
- File and organize paper and electronic documents
- Design and distribute printed and digital flyers and social media content
- Draft email communications as needed
- Compile information into reports or summaries as requested
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
- Assist staff in special projects related
General
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- Enrolled as a current student at Morehouse College
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Specific
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram)
- Ability to create simple flyers or graphics using Canva
- Willingness to learn new software or office processes as needed
Position Details:
Pay Rate: $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Monday - 10 AM-6 PM, Tuesday - 10 AM-6 PM, Wednesday - 10 AM-6 PM, Thursday - 10 AM-6 PM, Friday - 10 AM-6 PM
