Position OverviewThe Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day office functions, assist with property management tasks, and manage financial records using Quick Books. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation in Quick Books
- Support lease administration and tenant communication
- Maintain organized office records and property files
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and utility providers
- Assist with basic HR and compliance documentation
- Handle general administrative duties (phone, email, scheduling, filing)
- 3+ years of office administration experience
- Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in real estate or property management a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
