Job Title: Administrative Data Entry Clerk

Location: Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA AND Peachtree Street, Atlanta , Georgia

-- Will need to work between two offices

Job Type: 9 month contract to hire

Schedule: M - F ; 9 - 5 pm EST

PR: $18 - $20/hr

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge and experience with Quick Books.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work between 2-3 offices throughout contract (all near each other)

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Data Entry Clerk to join a client that is a bail bonding company in the Atlanta, GA area. This individual will be helping the client in their Jonesboro office conducting administrative tasks in their own office suite Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing:
    Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
  • Data Entry:
    Accurately input data into company databases and systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Quick Books:
    Assist with financial data entry and management in Quick Books
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure client information is current.
  • Making Phone Calls:
    Conduct outbound calls as needed.
  • Documentation:
    Prepare and manage court notices and dates, ensuring all legal documentation is accurately recorded and filed.
