We are searching for a Case Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and tracking eviction cases from initiation through resolution utilizing our proprietary software. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with legal requirements, and timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain case integrity and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Case Management:
- Open, update, and close eviction cases using our proprietary case management software
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and timelines.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and review eviction notices, court filings, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal eviction laws and company policies.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth case progression.
- Communicate with property managers, attorneys, and court personnel as needed.
- Communicate with clients primarily for clarifications, document requests, and providing case updates.
- Reporting:
- Generate weekly and monthly case status reports for management.
- Track key performance metrics such as case timelines and resolution rates.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience:
- 1–2 years in legal administration preferred; property management, or case coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with eviction processes and legal documentation is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with high productivity.
