Our Atlanta office has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate and Financial Services Practice Group. This position is 100% in-office and requires on-site attendance during standard business hours.
Core Responsibilities and Requirements- Candidates must have at least five years of experience supporting a team of Real Estate Practice Group attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with:
- Preparing engagement letters
- Entering attorney time
- Organizing calendars
- Arranging travel
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing and organizing conveyance and loan documents
- Running advertisements
- Organizing closing binders
- Forming companies
- Ordering title exams
- Qualified candidates must possess:
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to work in the office no fewer than four days per week in a team setting
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail and be able to handle confidential and sensitive information
- This role requires working closely with paralegals on a variety of tasks to support the team.
Responsibilities include:- Providing administrative support such as time entry
- New business intake
- Zoom call coordination
- Microsoft Outlook calendar management
- Expense reports
- Travel reservations
- Meeting scheduling

Bachelor's or better.
Experience (Required)5 years:
Experience supporting a team of Real Estate Practice Group attorneys.
