Role Description

Hotel Phoenix is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team at our on-site location in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership, managing schedules, handling expense reports, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring internal communication runs smoothly. The role requires detail-oriented multitasking and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of organization to support efficient operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Experience preparing and managing detailed Expense Reports
  • Detailed oriented and able to multitask
  • Demonstrated skills in Executive Support, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or supporting senior leadership is a plus
