Job Title:
Office Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA | In-Office
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 | Full-Time

We are partnering with a high-end custom home builder in Atlanta, known for creating exceptional luxury homes with a focus on craftsmanship, transparency, and client satisfaction. Their team is small, close-knit, and collaborative, where every employee plays a key role in delivering extraordinary results.

Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to handle bookkeeping, office operations, and project support. This dual-role position ensures smooth financial and administrative workflows while supporting project managers and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, calm under pressure, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking in Quick Books Desktop.

  • Prepare financial reports, including project cost tracking and profitability analyses.

  • Reconcile multiple credit card statements and ensure timely payments.

  • Maintain project accounts weekly to ensure proper cash flow.

  • Assist with 1099 preparation for subcontractors.

  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with W-9s, signed trade agreements, and insurance documentation.

  • Support project managers with scheduling, purchase orders, change orders, and vendor communications.

  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and equipment.

  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to increase efficiency.

  • Occasionally assist with budget meetings or operational check-ins.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or administrative roles; construction experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Quick Books Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

  • Positive, grounded, and calm under pressure.

  • Familiarity with construction software (Buildertrend, Dropbox) a plus.
