Job Title:
Workplace Experience Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite 5 days/week)
Duration: 01/12/2026 03/27/2026 (Possible Extension & Potential Conversion to FTE)
Hours:
- Monday Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Part of the Operations team
- Provides support to the entire office
- Front-facing, employee- and guest-focused role
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Client, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and visitors within a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function and serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming office environment.
Typical Day Responsibilities
- Serve in a front-facing role, greeting employees and visitors
- Organize and coordinate meetings
- Approve and manage calendar invitations
- Assist teams with conference room bookings and scheduling
- Process expenses and manage office-related purchasing
- Order office supplies and other workplace items
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of weekly digests and monthly newsletters
- Act as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility
- Greet visitors professionally and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols
- Answer phones in a professional manner and create a positive first impression
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders
- Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding support
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers in a customer service-driven manner
- Plan and support on-site events, including space reservation, setup, teardown, and supply delivery
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety
- Coordinate with vendors providing services or goods to the workplace
- Communicate detailed or routine information clearly within the team
- Follow established procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Highly computer-savvy
- Strong commitment to the role (no significant employment gaps preferred)
- Prior concierge or corporate workplace experience
- Experience with Campaign Logic
- Customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Campaign Logic (nice to have)
- 2 3 interview rounds
