As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating communication across departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Your role will include overseeing office supplies, facilities management, vendor relationships, and supporting company events. You will also assist with HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative support
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
- Organize company events and team-building activities
- Maintain office supplies and facilities management
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement
- Assist with internal communication efforts including newsletters and notifications
- Troubleshoot office-related issues and coordinate with IT support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office management, administrative support, or similar roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience in construction or project-based industries is a plus
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience coordinating company events and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of social media or internal communication tools
- Basic HR knowledge, including onboarding and employee engagement programs
- Certifications in office safety or administrative management (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a bonus
Work Environment and
Location:
This position is based in Atlanta, with occasional travel to project sites or vendor meetings as needed. Some after-hours support may be required for events or urgent issues.
