Service Advisor – Jim Ellis Maserati

We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Jim Ellis Maserati in Atlanta, GA.

• Serve as the primary communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring clear understanding of needs and recommendations.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing records and explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Develop accurate estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, including customer payment calculations and deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders with detailed symptom descriptions, problems, causes, and required repairs, obtaining approval signatures and entering data into the service database.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer after vehicle inspection.
• Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs.
• Confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
• Consult with customers on applicable service specials and keep them informed about completion times and costs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18 to drive for the company.
• Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred).
• Experience with CDK (preferred).
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Basic mechanical understanding of a vehicle.
