OverviewThe Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator is a role within the Sales Supervision team. The coordinator will manage and respond to incoming calls from the Contact Center on behalf of the Sales Supervision team. Responsibilities include supporting the workflow of non-digital annuity and alternative investment cases in Support Center and collaborating with Sales Supervision Principals to ensure efficient workflow management and timely paperwork processing.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls from the Contact Center and address inquiries directly or by collaborating with others within the department.
- Familiarity with the Annuity Submission Platform workflow and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate case routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments.
- Resolve missing documentation and reconcile misrouted documentation to the proper case or department.
- Assign Subscribe orders to the Sales Supervision Principals.
- Work with Financial Professionals to address deficiencies in submissions.
- Maintain positive relationships with Financial Professionals, First Line Supervisors, Regional Vice Presidents and Sales Managers.
- Assist in managing and pulling reports for the department from various applications and tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to meeting department service level agreements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred.
- Experience with annuity products.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetX
360, SharePoint and One Note. - Experience in Customer Service.

Scottsdale, AZ. Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time. Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.
and Compensation
Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually based on location, skills, experience, and education.
