FANgineers are crucial to the success of our hospitality program and game days—they engineer great experiences by providing top-tier hospitality in premium seating areas. They serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and guests, maintaining operational policies and acting as liaisons among donors, caterers, staff, and athletic personnel.

• Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department.
• Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and staff.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld.
• Monitor entrances, review tickets, and manage access control.
• Serve as elevator attendant and monitor people movement.
• Handle pre-, during-, and post-game duties (requests, trash disposal, facility and food & beverage needs).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be available for all home football games at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
• Hours range from 6-14 hours per week, depending on game schedule and needs.
• Work the entire game day shift, typically starting 1 hour before gates open and ending 90 minutes post-game.
• Opportunities to work additional days, including the Friday before games and other athletic events.

• Availability for all home football games (including nights and weekends).
• Trustworthy, with integrity and a service mindset.
• Friendly, positive, dependable, and enthusiastic about guest service.
• Willing to learn, flexible, and able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.

• Competitive pay: $14/hour.
• Paid breaks and holiday pay (time and a half on Labor Day and Thanksgiving).
