As a Product Manager, you fill a critical position responsible for developing our world-class solution for Project and Fixed Asset Accounting that enables our users to make the right financial decisions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and delivery of our complex accounting software. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse set of skills, ranging from problem-solving and technical ability to a deep understanding of Project & Asset Accounting principles and effective cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with Customers, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Engineering teams to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. You must have a deep understanding of the Power Plan Product Suite, or Project and Asset Accounting for Utilities. You must be a creative problem solver with keen attention to detail, craft detailed designs and effectively communicate with the Engineering, PO and UX peers, and other internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead collaborations efficiently and effectively with the current Product Management teams and other cross‑functional stakeholders. They lead by influencing and evangelizing the product roadmap for new and/or enhanced functionality that solves the market, strategic, and competitive needs.

Key Performance Objectives

• Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Fixed Asset Accounting software and increase product adoption by 15% within the first year. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements. Launch two major product updates aligned with customer feedback within the next 12 months.
• Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Implement processes to gather and prioritize customer feedback while increasing customer satisfaction scores by 20% within six months. Conduct regular user feedback sessions and analyze usage data to inform product improvements. Roll out three customer‑requested features in the next quarter.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Services teams. Improve communication efficiency by reducing time‑to‑market for new features by 25%. Establish clear communication channels and conduct regular sync‑ups between teams. Launch a cross‑functional initiative to streamline product development processes within three months.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies. Analyze industry reports, customer surveys, and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap. Present quarterly market analysis reports and recommend adjustments to the product roadmap based on findings.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product conforms to utility accounting regulatory standards. Achieve 100% compliance with regulatory standards in all product releases. Stay updated on industry regulations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate compliance requirements into product development. Implement necessary compliance updates within two months of regulatory changes being announced.
