Bilingual Supply Chain Consultant – Manufacturing

We are now looking for a full‑time Bilingual Supply Chain Consultant to join our RELEX family in Atlanta. You’ll be part of the operations team of 100+ people, designing, configuring, and delivering RELEX products to fit customers’ needs. Standard travel is 30–50%. The role requires relocation to the metro‑Atlanta area or immediate relocation.

• Steer and manage retail and supply chain planning implementation projects in demand forecasting, replenishment, and process development.
• Gather business requirements from customers and create process documentation.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover strengths and deficiencies in customer processes to guide optimal solution builds.
• Design and build the customer solution and its supporting processes.
• Build and test configurations to support customer workflows and guide them through User Acceptance Testing.
• Train customers for proficiency and self‑sustainability.
• Test and validate key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory projections, and cost reductions.
• Perform business insight and problem‑solving at strategic, operational, and organizational levels.
• Challenge and develop implementation and solution best practices for industries such as Grocery, DIY, Home Goods, and CPG.
• Work with the team to expand industry and product knowledge as both a trainer and participant.
• Interact with global teams to assist international projects and share best practices among regions.

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand and inventory planning, software implementation, or relevant retail/supply chain/consulting industry; or a degree in Supply Chain Management, engineering, math, computer science, or software systems.
• Substantial experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) or manufacturing.
• Experience with production or distribution planning and/or scheduling solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other structured programming languages.
• Strong knowledge in at least three of the following areas: SCM, inventory management, demand forecasting, operations research, optimization, logistics, retail planning & optimization, business data analytics, KPI tracking, linear programming.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Business fluency in both Spanish and English.

• Technical/coding ability.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience in inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, allocation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders from end users to C‑level.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in business growth.
• Strong work ethic, autonomy, and self‑starter approach.
• Familiarity with large data sets and key insights extraction.
• Willingness to relocate to metro Atlanta.
