Strategy & Operations Consultant with CPG Experience

Stratfield is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our client s Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic operations, project management, and experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role will support the development and launch of new business ventures, acting as a Start-up COO for new prototypes.

This is a contract position that will be hybrid in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Co-create and execute strategic vision for multiple new business ventures.
• Oversee a pipeline of concept ideas focused on better nutrition and convenience.
• Identify and evaluate partnership and investment opportunities.
• Support investment diligence and strategic decision-making.
• Define and track KPIs across multiple initiatives.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans for complex new ventures.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and track budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops for cross-functional teams.
• Compile progress reports and manage project documentation.
• Administer collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Smart Sheet, Teams, SharePoint).

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or startup leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheet, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is required.
• P&L accountability and financial acumen.
• Experience with investment/M&A and building businesses from the ground up.
