The Risk Operations Enablement team is part of the Risk Operations organization and partners across Risk teams. The mission is to help users meet evolving compliance standards in a complex regulatory environment. We focus on Program Management, User Insights, and Operational Efficiency, working with stakeholders in Operations, Product, Engineering, GTM, and others. Prior Risk or Compliance experience is not required.

We are looking for someone who thrives on owning a broad and complex area, teasing out high‑impact work, rallying cross‑functional support, and executing multiple work streams in parallel.

• Lead complex global programs from scope to execution, driving high‑impact strategic initiatives.
• Create structured approaches to gather user feedback and insights that improve programs and user experience.
• Design and launch projects that deliver operational process improvements and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to scope and execute large projects that create operational efficiencies and improve top‑line metrics.
• Serve as an subject‑matter expert, building relationships with progressively higher‑level stakeholders.
• Act as an ambassador for Stripe’s Operating Principles and culture.

You are a strategic operator and powerful storyteller with significant experience writing 1‑pagers, developing slide decks, and using data‑visualization tools. You pride yourself on solving problems of any size and enjoy working on high‑impact projects at a global scale.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go‑to‑market strategy.
• Self‑starter, working independently and driving outcomes autonomously.
• Bias toward action and high accountability for outcomes.
• Strong project and program leadership, able to articulate strategy and project plans, and develop clear points of view.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Strong data‑analysis skills—comfortable with spreadsheets, large datasets, and storytelling with data.
• High willingness to learn and receive feedback.

• 2+ years in consulting.
• MBA preferred.
• Prior experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

This role can be based in an office or a remote location (35+ miles/56 km from a Stripe office). Office‑assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of each month at the local office or with users, while remote employees are expected to work primarily from home.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $127,300 – $190,900. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus, 401(k) plan, and medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
