Contract Length: 6 months contract + extensions

Remote (Atlanta based – EST work hours)

• 1- 2.5 years of customer facing project coordinator experience
• Previous Customer Facing Experience
• Project experience in healthcare and/or software space preferred
• Experience facilitating communication across various teams members at multiple phases of the project over multiple projects at one time.
• Work alongside PMs and coordinate project and communication with the customer for all large scale projects. Opportunity to run smaller projects on own with customer
• Slack, google, PSA tools, SharePoint, CRM’s
• Ability to understand process improvement methodologies and how they can be applied throughout the organization.
• Ability to effectively lead a complex implementation from sales handoff to go-live.
• Ability to manage 20-30 projects simultaneously

• Project coordinator working multiple software projects at one time
• Work with new and existing customers to implement products into their current infrastructure by leading expectations, managing dependencies and deliverables and ensuring key objectives are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time within budget
• Guide the customer through the implementation phase keeping all involved parties informed through constant communication of project status and objectives while ensuring deadlines are met
