Job OverviewDH Pace Company, Inc. invites applications for a full‑time Municipal Accounts Program Manager located in Atlanta, GA
. This role serves as the primary business contact for assigned governmental accounts, ensuring that service deliverables are met within established timelines and that bids are prepared accurately, timely, and competitively to secure profitable sales and maintain positive client relationships across city, county, state, and federal levels.
- Implement, execute, and maintain policies and best practices related to the company’s Municipal Account strategy.
- Develop competitive landscape awareness and prepare strategic sales plans to counter competitive threats.
- Locate and review previous bid tabulations.
- Compile pricing and bid documentation and submit bids according to published timelines to win municipal account opportunities.
- Use DH Pace estimating processes and software, along with other business software programs, at an expert level.
- Assist operational team members in providing services necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and office staff.
- Promote and maintain a positive attitude toward government officials across all organizational levels.
- Coordinate kick‑off meetings for all awarded bids.
- Provide key performance indicator reporting to stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Expert attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Capacity to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the door and dock industry and/or related fields such as construction or material handling is a plus.
- Experience with government contracts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 % of the time.
