Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing customers. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, focused on renewals, expansions, and long-term client success. By understanding customer needs and aligning them with Zensai's learning solutions, you'll strengthen partnerships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
* Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring on-time renewals and long-term retention for our North American clients
* Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
* Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
* Leverage data and insights to uncover growth opportunities and demonstrate value.
* Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve our offerings.
What You Bring
* Positive and growth mindset with a default to proactivity
* 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, in SaaS or technology (preferably HR technology)
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through renewals and expansion.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
* Business acumen to understand customer challenges and connect them to Zensai's solutions.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven account management and accurate forecasting
* A proactive, accountable problem-solving mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
