The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with sales teams and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. The Sales Strategy and Operations function plays a crucial role in the success of our sales organization. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the art and science of sales, the team is dedicated to informing the sales strategy, optimizing processes, and providing insights that propel sales growth.

What

you’ll do

We are seeking a technically sophisticated and detail‑oriented individual who will serve as a Sales Strategy and Operations Data Analyst supporting both the AMER and Global Platform business. The role will improve the quality of sales analytics and insights, standardize reporting and ensure scalability across segments and regions, enabling data‑driven decisions for sales, product, and GTM leadership. You will work with Sales and Product Leadership and global Platform Sales Operations partners to drive operational cadence and strategy planning.

Responsibilities
  • Operate standard weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence of operations (forecasting calls, business reviews).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Stripe’s Platform business and its sales funnel across user segments and geographies. Monitor strategy health, provide actionable insights and strategic perspectives to inform GTM decisions.
  • Analyze sales, revenue and other metrics to build models and provide actionable recommendations for annual planning (resource planning, territory design, target/quota setting).
  • Independently develop and manage project or program plans to support key stakeholders and core operational planning processes.
  • Conceptualize, build, manage and maintain centralized tools (spreadsheets, dashboards) that enable automated insight extraction and daily business management.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years of work experience in B2B sales strategy and operations and/or business analytics, strategy/operations, data science, investment banking, management consulting, or related domains.
  • Strong analytical skills, business intuition and a structured approach to solving complex problems; experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), advanced SQL, Google Sheets modeling.
  • Experience working with large data sets to produce scalable reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc analysis.
  • Executive presence and prior experience presenting technical content to non‑technical audiences and leadership, translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • User‑first mindset: proactive and collaborative communication with stakeholders, clearly conveying data insights and takeaways.
  • Enthusiastic “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mentality; pragmatic problem‑solver with a bias to action and passion for driving business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SQL / Python and proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Tableau.
Hybrid Work at Stripe
  • Role available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles from a Stripe office).
  • In‑office employees are expected to spend at least 50% of time in the local office or with users.
  • Remote employees are expected to work regularly from home; relocation costs not covered.
Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $115,100 – $172,700. For sales roles this is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range, including sales commissions/bonuses. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
