Join Parachute is a technology-based plasma donation experience company focused on providing an easy and friendly way for members to book donations and track earnings. Helping patients gain access to life‑changing medication has driven our rapid growth from 2 to 33+ operations in ~3 years, and we are looking to scale to 50 centers.

As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence and ensure quality compliance across multiple centers. Serving as the primary point of contact between center leadership and corporate departments, you will facilitate seamless communication and alignment between the two.

• Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm–$40mm in annual revenue.
• Iterate and re-engineer processes to meet growing needs.
• Monitor adherence to quality policies and maintain compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare centers for audits and assist CLT and corporate departments in audit preparation and response actions.
• Guide and advise on employee‑related issues, promote fairness, and support center leadership development.
• Ensure facility maintenance meets safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and talent development.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Overnight travel up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead‑time is required.
