• Responsible for managing business valuation engagements for various types and purposes.
• Direct and support subordinates’ activities to achieve objectives, set budgets, and provide necessary resources.
• Coordinate, schedule, and exercise functional authority for planning and client interfacing.
• Research valuation issues and propose solutions and recommendations.
• Facilitate monitoring of valuation service quality and personnel performance.
• Continuously improve internal valuation templates.
• Assign, track, and manage tasks/projects for staff and supervisors, both domestic and offshore.
• Take an active role in developing staff and supervisors, including offshore resources.
• Build and nurture internal and external networks to develop new business opportunities.
• Participate in in‑house CPE and training activities.

• Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) or similar designation (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business valuations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the firm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and staff.
• Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on engagements.
