Join our dynamic Business Performance team as an Organization and Workforce Manager. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce, talent, and mobility strategies, future‑proofing our operations through design, development, and influence on operating models, and continuous change. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business and functional strategy to meet business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll lead large‑scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. You’ll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to structure teams to support strategy to how organizational structure can allow for more agile ways of working.

- Lead project work streams, from planning through implementation, managing resources and budgets, and mitigating risks.
- Apply organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and change management as integral parts of transformative initiatives.
- Show technical competence in key capabilities and solve complex client challenges with a practical, business‑driven approach.
- Generate profitable revenue by identifying engagement opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
- Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives.
- Encourage collaboration among team members and promote an inclusive work environment.
- Understand HR opportunities, challenges, and issues in at least one sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, Media & Entertainment).
- Contribute to business development and client pursuit through proposals and presentations.
- Advance the PAS practice by leading thought leadership and developing EY tools, approaches, and methodologies in organization design.
- Coach and develop teams and colleagues, acting as a visible role model.
- Relevant professional service experience with a global management consulting firm or niche consultancy, including large‑scale projects.
- 6‑9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.
- Experience leading org. design engagements in supply chain, IT, finance, customer, and sales & marketing.
- Proven track record in managing and analysing large datasets and applying analytics in project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, human resources, psychology, or related field.
- Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (average 3 days per week at client site or EY office).
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary ranges from $125,900 to $231,100 nationally and higher ranges for select metro areas.

- Hybrid work model: most external client roles involve 40‑60% in‑person collaboration over the course of an engagement.
