- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Understanding of GBO and its business channels and teams.
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining attention to execution details.
- Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects that span alphabet’s different divisions.
- Excellent communication skills, to help teams.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's complex and ever evolving ads business delivers strategic growth. This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of ads products from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption.
This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOs business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are focused on the practical implementation of solutions.
The Product Strategy and Operations team exists to drive coordinated product decisions across the ads ecosystem.
In this role, you will drive outcomes that span Google’s product, GTM, gTech, marketing, and finance organizations. You will be responsible for helping the ongoing agenda for GBO leaders. You will break problems into project plans, and motivate global teams to make a decision with imperfect information. You will closely partner with GTM, Product and Solutions Activation (PSA), gTech, marketing, finance.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
