Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that expand our customer base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Track, report, and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline activity, and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build relationships, gather market insights, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, especially in P&C insurance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth, especially in P&C insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM.
  • Focused on relationship-building and opportunities that drive growth for the business.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in P&C insurance.
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
