We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Renewals Business Operations team and drive process and technical transformations of our renewals organization. This role focuses on enabling our Renewal Account Executives (RAEs) to move towards proactive, relationship-driven customer lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business operations expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

In this role, you will:

* Design and manage comprehensive lifecycle management process and systems to support renewal sales cycles. This includes automated task assignment, risk controls, dashboard/workflow tooling in Salesforce and Gong that enable RAEs to transition from transactional to relational customer engagement.

* Convert product telemetry, AI/ML signals, and health data into actionable risk indicators and prioritized tasks for the renewals team.

* Develop reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor system effectiveness, user adoption, and business impact. Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

* Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and technical teams to integrate renewal workflows with broader business processes and systems.

* Partner with technical teams to implement Salesforce configurations, custom fields, workflows, and process automation.

* Create training materials and enablement content to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Minimum requirements for the role:

Experience & Background:

* 3-5 years of work experience in business operations, sales operations, or systems analysis roles, preferably supporting sales organizations

* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, and reporting

* Background in designing and implementing scalable business processes and technical solutions

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

* Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional technical implementations
