rapidly growing in the BPO and remote staffing industry, providing sales, service, and fulfillment teams for U.S.
-based businesses. We are aggressively scaling by expanding services, launching new products, and entering new industries.
We are looking for a senior operator and growth-minded leader to own execution, optimization, and expansion across the business.
The Role:We are hiring a Head of Operations & Growth to:
- Run the day-to-day business without constant CEO oversight
- Optimize systems, teams, and margins
- Own sales execution, service delivery, and fulfillment
- Design, launch, and scale new products and services
- Own daily operations across sales, service, and fulfillment
- Ensure consistent client delivery, performance, and quality
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation
- Build and maintain scalable SOPs across the organization
- Optimize unit economics, utilization, margins, and output per agent
- Implement dashboards and reporting across sales, delivery, and retention
- Continuously improve workflows, tooling, and accountability systems
- Own revenue growth initiatives in partnership with ownership
- Increase revenue per client through upsells, cross-sells, and new offerings
- Reduce churn and improve retention through operational excellence
- Identify operational leverage points that unlock revenue growth
- Identify and validate new service offerings and industry verticals
- Design products from scratch:
- What we sell
- Who we sell to
- Pricing and packaging
- Fulfillment and QA
- Oversee launches from inception through full delivery
- Ensure new products scale cleanly without breaking operations
- Lead with clarity, structure, and accountability
- Set KPIs and performance standards across teams
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly reporting to ownership
- This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has scaled a BPO, agency, or services business before
- Is both operationally strong and growth-oriented
- Thinks in systems, numbers, and leverage
- Is comfortable owning outcomes—not just tasks
- Can operate independently and decisively
- 5+ years in operations, growth, or general management roles
- Experience in BPO, call centers, agencies, or service businesses
- Proven ability to build systems and scale teams
- Experience launching new products or services
- Strong understanding of unit economics and KPIs
- Calm under pressure, decisive, and execution-focused
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
