Overview

The Project Lead, Staff Learning Infrastructure plays a critical role in enabling scalable, effective delivery operations across the Staff Learning workstream. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing systems that support coordinated learning delivery, capacity tracking, and operational health. It operates with a high degree of autonomy, owning infrastructure processes that bridge Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure consistency and alignment.

As the Staff Learning function grows in complexity, this role serves as both a strategic partner and operational leader, consulting on workflows, improving visibility into team workload, and building tools that enable continuous improvement. The role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, and a deep focus on scalability and effectiveness as Staff Learning operations continue to evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational coordination across Staff Learning programs to ensure consistent, scalable delivery execution.
  • Design and manage systems that track capacity, workload, and resource allocation across multiple learning work streams.
  • Consult on workflow design and logistics planning to optimize how learning programs are developed and delivered.
  • Build and maintain tools, templates, and infrastructure that standardize program delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to align infrastructure systems with evolving business and learner needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational agility and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Act as a liaison between Staff Learning, Operations, and Strategy & Transformation to ensure cohesive, aligned delivery practices.
  • Monitor and report on operational health metrics, supporting governance and accountability across the learning ecosystem.
  • Manage third-party logistics vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, budget oversight, service level monitoring, and alignment of deliverables to program needs.
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
  • 5-7 years of experience in learning operations, project coordination, or program management
  • Strong knowledge of learning delivery processes, capacity planning, and workflow optimization
  • Proficient in project and knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Suite)
