Consulting Project Snr Principal Consultant

** Job Description*
* + Support the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and staffing requirements

+ - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, to drive project execution and issue resolution

+ - Track and manage all project-related activities, deliverables, and documentation with a high level of detail and accuracy

+ - Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and changes to stakeholders

+ - Facilitate meetings across multiple Oracle Health teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution

+ - Develop and maintain project documentation, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint artifacts

+ - Ensure adherence to established operational processes and enforce project governance standards

+ - Drive implementation efforts by providing direction, accountability, and follow-through across project teams

** Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

+ 6 years of relevant experience

+ Experience in project management, consulting, or healthcare IT environments

+ Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions preferred

+ Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) preferred

+ Required travel up to 25%

+ US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

** Responsibilities*
* Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure.

As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.

Hiring Range in USD from: $81,700 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
