• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or data analysis roles.
• Experience leading projects, including planning, issue tracking, process documentation, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with data analysis using spreadsheets or databases.
• Experience working with AI tools and managing productivity improvements.

• Experience with, or understanding of, procurement, contracts, and contract life-cycles.
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning new internal tools, and thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Brings enthusiasm, resilience, and a proactive mindset to both projects and routine tasks.

Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are the center of excellence for You Tube's Global Vendor Operations, responsible for designing and managing the governance solutions that ensure our outsourced partners strictly adhere to all contracts, policies, and operational standards.

In this role, you will support a dynamic vendor strategy, governance, and compliance team. You will help build and maintain supplier governance foundations for a globally scaled Vendor Operation supporting You Tube. You will use AI to streamline our contract and governance workflows, while using your strong investigative skills to validate outputs, fix edge cases, and enforce strict compliance.
