Manager, Supply Chain Portfolio

Job Summary Manages the day-to-day lifecycle of the Supply Chain Portfolio of initiatives while coordinating with the Enterprise Project Management Office, the Enterprise Product and UX teams, Technology teams, & Supply Chain teams .Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Partners with cross-functional business leaders to oversee initiative funding, track business case realization, streamline status reporting, and drive proactive risk mitigation .Evaluates

portfolio intake proposals to ensure accurate data integrity, alignment of business cases, resource allocations, critical milestones, and cross-project dependencies.

Designs and maintains executive-level portfolio dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable visibility into program health and performance .Equips supply chain leadership with strategic analytical insights, quarterly business reviews, and high-impact presentations to support executive decision-making .Monitors benefits realization, productivity gains, and operational outcomes to ensure delivered initiatives meet targeted financial and strategic objectives .Establishes portfolio governance standards, execution rigor, and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery .Coaches,

leads, and develops team members while fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement

Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.

Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time

Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
