Job Description:

The Customer Experience Operations Analyst improves customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by gathering and analyzing customer interaction data to deliver actionable insights, while also supporting business services center (BSC) operations.

Compensation & Logistics:

Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Incentive Bonus: Eligible for a monthly performance bonus (based on team goals)
Work Schedule: First 90 days on-site for onboarding; transitioning to a hybrid schedule (Monday–Wednesday on-site) thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect, clean, and analyze operational datasets (customer feedback, queue health, billing trends) and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Insights & Strategy: Identify trends and root causes of operational bottlenecks or customer pain points, turning complex data into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Account Onboarding: Set up and maintain customer account profiles within internal business systems (ERP/CRM).
Discrepancy & Financial Adjustments: Process and manage credit memos, write-offs, and stuck invoice queues in alignment with company financial policies.
Collaboration & Governance: Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT teams on workflow improvements while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, customer experience support, billing analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Hands-on experience using Power BI for building or updating operational reports and dashboards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP).
Background handling account reconciliations, billing discrepancies, or credit/collections support.
Strong organizational, process mapping, and multitasking skills.
