Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leading technology and cloud infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management organization supporting project owners and project management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $85.81 - $92.41/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical activities.

+ Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

+ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

+ Confer with management and other stakeholders regarding project specifications and procedures.

+ Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

** What's Needed?*
* + 10+ years of experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

+ Experience in Construction and Telecommunications.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

+ Knowledge of project management software and tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
