Project Manager with strong PMO, product delivery and Agile expertise, along with hands-on experience with Jira will support the planning, execution, and governance of technology initiatives within the Americas Office of CTO (OCTO) – Product and Architecture Delivery (PAD) team.

One key initiative you will help support is AI-Native Development Environment (ANDE) and you will be responsible for driving ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain project governance, manage delivery plans, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across multiple work streams.

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate product roadmap planning to ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Operate in a Flow Master capacity (according to the ANDE framework) and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on-time.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver customer‑centric products and solutions.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience and interest working with AI tools, agents, products, etc.

• New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $150,700 to $251,200
