Position Overview
Bright Horizons is hiring a GA PreK Associate Teacher at our Little Apron Academy near Smyrna, GA. The role is full‑time, with working hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. This position offers the opportunity to grow your teaching career with early‑education experts, and to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost while contributing to a meaningful impact on children’s lives every day.
Responsibilities- Assist with hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a GA PreK Program is preferred.
- One year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
- Associate, bachelor’s degree, or CDA in early education or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
This position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. The employee will work in person in an early‑education/preschool child‑care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in accordance with Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures, and guidance, while ensuring the safety of children in our care.

CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is between $16.85 and $20.95 per hour. Actual compensation offers will depend on experience, education, training, certifications, geography, and other relevant factors.
