We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing & exterior projects from start to finish. This person will ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage all phases of roofing projects — from pre-construction to final inspection.
• Schedule crews, deliveries, and inspections.
• Perform basic roofing repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers, crews, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Prepare and review project scopes, estimates and change orders.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and materials.
• Handle warranty and service calls efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain organized documentation in Company Cam, Accu Lynx, and similar software.

• 3+ years of roofing or construction project management experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems (shingle, metal, TPO, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in project management software (Accu Lynx, Company Cam, or similar).
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and specs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to climb roofs and perform site inspections safely.
