The Construction Superintendent will be full time on site responsible for all self performed labor activities and work coordination of all subcontractors on site including the following:

• Verification of time sheets prepared by foreman
• Issuance of paychecks and resolution of payroll problems
• Planning of work activities to maintain project schedule and daily/weekly/monthly progress
• Planning of small tools and equipment required for the work activities
• Planning of materials required for the schedule work activities
• Integration of self performed work and construction activities by subcontractors
• Preparation of 3 week look-ahead schedules for meetings with owner and subcontractors working on site
• Attendance of weekly subcontractor meetings
• Requests for soils and concrete inspection from testing agency
• Monitoring of construction activities by the construction subcontractors Verification of materials inspection upon receipt and prior to installation
• Verification of documentation in support of contract requirements for owner acceptance and turnover
• Verification of all civil installations strict accordance with contract specifications including building code and/or acceptable industry standards where specifications are not included in contract documents
• Monitoring of site safety of subcontractors, self perform labor including housekeeping, use of tools, ladders, equipment, and work areas
• Preparation and submittal of daily inspection log including documentation of work activities, equipment, weather, safety and quality status/concerns
• Resolution of deficiency notices or non-conformances related to work installed
