A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced
BAS Controls Construction Manager in Atlanta, GA.This role involves overseeing BAS construction, upgrades, and retrofit projects across mission-critical and commercial facilities.

• Lead BAS retrofit, construction, and integration efforts in mission-critical environments.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor activities, and field execution.
• Enforce safe construction practices and ensure all work meets industry and client standards.
• Supervise BMS controls installation, HVAC upgrades, and facility system improvements.
• Review, interpret, and validate control drawings, schematics, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate on-site activities with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues, identify solutions, and support on-time project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed to quality expectations and aligned with client requirements.

• Prior experience managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance.
  Skilled in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center facilities is preferred.

• Base salary of $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% annual bonus
