We’re seeking a Roofing Superintendent with commercial or industrial roofing experience. This role oversees day-to-day field operations—ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and built to our quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee roofing crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Coordinate with Project Managers, suppliers, and inspectors
- Enforce jobsite safety, organization, and quality control
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and production tracking
- Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving smoothly
- Conduct quality inspections and manage punch lists
- Represent the company professionally to clients and partners
- 3+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial roofing or construction
- In-depth understanding of roof systems, sequencing, and installation best practices
- Experience working for a roofing or specialty trade contractor
- Ability to read drawings, lead crews, and solve problems in the field
- Organized, proactive, and dependable with strong communication skills
- Based in or near Atlanta, GA
