As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase of projects, working closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track timesheets, delivery tickets, and sign‑in/sign‑out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large‑scale self‑perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self‑perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on commercial/industrial.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500 k.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
