SME – Recruiting for General Contractors | Market Leader – EPC & Commercial Construction

Sandy Springs / North Atlanta, GA

In-Office | Full-Time

We are partnering with an established commercial general contractor in the North Atlanta area to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. This is a long-term, in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout and working closely with both field and office teams.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager with solid commercial construction experience who is looking for stability, strong internal support, and long-term growth with a reputable organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage commercial construction projects from planning through final delivery
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation
  • Lead and support project engineers, superintendents, and field staff
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall project performance

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Ideal Background
  • Experience working for a general contractor
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment
  • Ability to commute daily to Sandy Springs / North Atlanta
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience delivering ground‑up and/or renovation projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Salary starting at $100,000+, commensurate with experience
