Construction Project Manager – Atlanta, GA

Our client, a top 10 ENR General Contractor, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee large‑scale data center construction projects. Based in Atlanta, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships and project teams.

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance throughout all phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting schedule, cost, or quality.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Drive resolution of issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
