Construction Project Manager
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements
- Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Identify risks and resolve issues that may impact cost, schedule, or quality
- Conduct site visits to ensure work meets standards and deadlines
