OverviewAn Established Atlanta GC seeking a Senior Commercial Estimator with strong K-12 / school construction experience to lead education-sector estimates and support preconstruction.
Requirements- 7+ years commercial estimating experience
- Ground-up and renovation background
- Strong knowledge of public-sector bidding
- Lead estimating for K-12 and education projects (hard bids + GMPs)
- Quantity takeoffs, pricing, scope reviews, bid leveling
- Subcontractor coordination and buyout support
- Value engineering and cost control
- Collaborate closely with operations and leadership
- Reputable, stable contractor
- Senior-level impact and long-term growth
