Primary Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, including jobsite clean-up and moving materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment such as power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Work requires alertness, good balance, and physical strength.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete.
• Install reshores according to instructions.
• Work during inclement weather, which may include exposure to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction activities depending on the site.

Minimum Qualifications

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material; with assistance, up to 90 pounds.
• Regularly walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Use hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Possess a 10-Hour OSHA Card.

Preferred Experience

• Preference for candidates with at least 6 months of formwork/concrete construction labor experience that meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• 30-Hour OSHA Card is desired.
